Break out your sweaters, booties and PSLs…fall is here! Now, don’t forget your signature lipsticks!
When you think of fall lipsticks, you associate them with berries, plums, deep reds and browns. I love these shades because they are most flattering on my skin tone. Today I will share with you my favorite fall lippies, in all shades and price ranges!
Revolution PRO New Neutrals Satin Matte Lipstick in “Vamped”
Revolution PRO is an offshoot brand from Makeup Revolution, and is NOW available in Ulta! Their Satin Matte Lipsticks retail for only $9. I picked up the shade “Vamped” after getting my brows done. It’s a matte medium berry with pink undertones.
ColourPop Creme Lux Lipstick in “Brick”
Don’t be fooled by my swatch below, it appears as a muddy mauve (I don’t understand why because all of the other shades are spot on), but it’s actually a mahogany red. Think of the MAC lipstick shade in “Retro”. It’s a good dupe for that shade. Anyway, this is a muted red, great for everyday wear with a nice pop of color.
Mented Cosmetics Semi-Matte Lipstick in “Foxy Brown”
Mented Cosmetics is an indie beauty brand made for WoC, but no matter what shade you are, you will find something you like. Foxy Brown is described as a blend of “red and brown – soft enough for your daytime look, bold enough for your night out”. And it would look good as a smudge on your latte!
KOSAS Lipstick in “Royal”
If you want to splurge and are into green, clean beauty, KOSAS lipsticks are it. More specifically, the shade in “Royal”, which is described as a “cool-toned rich berry”. Flattering on all skin tones, this is vampy enough for the cooler weather but also feminine and soft enough for spring. Click here for my full review of the KOSAS lipsticks!

Kylie Cosmetics Velvet Liquid Lipstick in “Shook”
Kylie’s matte liquid lipsticks are on the drying side, but the velvets are much more comfortable. The shade “Shook” is described as a rich mahogany. To me, it’s a burnt red.
Kylie Cosmetics Liquid Lipstick in “Hollyberry”
This shade is a bit more intimidating for light and medium skin tones but still gives off that vampy vibe! I’ll warn you though, it is much darker than it appears!

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in “Copenhagen”
If you want something a little less vampy (and less expensive!) than Kylie’s Hollyberry, you may want to look at the shade Copenhagen, from NYX’s Soft Matte Lip Cream line. It’s a rich plum, and I always get compliments from wearing this shade.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in “Budapest”
This is my favorite everyday shade for the fall! It’s a pop of reddish mauve that is just gorgeous on all skin tones.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in “Berlin”
It’s hard for me to find a good brown shade to wear, but I really, really love Berlin. It’s described as a medium, warm brown shade! I can see myself wearing this with some flannel and booties.
