Cushion beauty products have been in the rage for the past couple of years thanks to its introduction from K-beauty products…but never have I heard of an eyebrow cushion product.

I got the Iconic London Sculpt & Boost Eyebrow Cushion from the March Boxyluxe. You can buy it at Boxycharm or Ulta for $40. Yes, it’s expensive, and I wouldn’t have bought it on my own. But I will explain to you why it’s worth it.

The product has rose gold packaging which gives it that luxurious feel, but it also has a mirror and a double-ended contraption with the spoolie on one side and a liner brush on the other. The cushion itself has a cover to protect it from smudging, which is needed because it can get really messy!

There are four shades: Fair, Cool Fair, Medium and Deep. I was given Medium, which is the ideal shade for brunettes. I could’ve gotten Deep which is more suited for those with jet black hair like mine, but medium is actually perfect for me: I actually don’t want my brows too dark.

This is insanely pigmented: you only need to tap the liner brush lightly. It’s also wet to the touch: my hands get shaky when I have to use a pointed brush for brows and eyeliner, so it can be a little easy to mess up when you’re doing your brows. Luckily, because it’s wet, it’s easy to fix. I line my brows with the shade Ash using the liner brush and fill it in with a combo of Ash and Fawn. I create little strokes until the brows are full enough for my liking and then I brush them with the spoolie to soften them.

I will say that when I’m in a hurry to get out the door to go to work, it’s not the most ideal time to use this because you want to sit down and take the time to make it look polished and effortless. In cases where I am in a hurry, I just use my ABH tinted brow gel. But if I want to use this, I usually try to get up earlier.

If you can, I totally recommend that you try this! Ulta tends to have 20% off coupons even for prestigious brands, or you can use your points 🙂

Have you ever tried this before? What is your favorite type of brow product? Pencil, powder, gel, pomade?
